Swink Athlete of the Week - Girls Basketball - Junior Jocelynn James!!!
Jocelynn leads the Lady Lions in scoring averaging double digits and running the point guard position. She tirelessly plays lots of minutes giving Swink her best at all times!! Go Lions!!!


Swink Athlete of the Week in Boys Basketball - Senior Nate Cabrera. Nate continues to impress. He led the lions in scoring over the past few games, controls the tempo of the game from the point guard position, and has been a positive leader in practice! Great Job Nate!!! Go Lions!!!


Swink School District is calling for nominations for Teacher of the Year. The school district will be recognizing a teacher within our district.
Additionally, Swink School District will recognize a classified staff member of the year. The classified staff will include our paraprofessionals, secretaries, maintenance/custodians, nurses, cooks, and bus drivers.
Nominations may be made by students, parents, staff members and/or community members. A nomination should consist of a two to three paragraph statement as to why the teacher should be selected as Teacher of the Year or Classified Staff selected as the Classified Staff of the Year.

Artist of the Week: Austin is seen here holding his 3D painting of treacherous seas. He has used a mix of mediums to construct this work of Art. His portfolio concept centers around pops of color. Austin is working hard on his portfolio for the Otero Competition.
