The artist of the week is Madelyn T, as she designed and printed the T-shirts for the Fall Play, "Suitable for Hanging."
Madelyn is in the Graphic Design internship program. She has developed all kinds of products for the Swink School District as well as other outsourced jobs.
Congratulations, Madalyn T, and to all of our CTE programs for building future leaders and entrepreneurs.

Tied at 16 at the half, the 8th grade boys gave it their all and won against La Junta 40-28. It was very tense at times as you can tell by coach and the book keepers.

Swink School will have a 2-hour delay on Thursday, December 4.
No Breakfast will be served.

Be sure to come out and kickoff the holiday spirit with the JH/HS Choir in the winter concert on Wednesday night at 6:30pm in the MPR.

Congratulations to Swink's very own Taylor. Taylor has been chosen to participate in the Colorado Coaches of Girls’ Sports (CCGS) All-State Volleyball Games. The Games will take place on Sunday, November 23, at Fossil Ridge High School in Fort Collins, Colorado. The first game starts at 9:00 a.m. and will represent athletes from the 1A division, 2A starts at 10:30 a.m., 3A action starts at 12:00 p.m., 4A at 1:30 p.m., and 5A at 3:00 p.m.
CCGS began sponsoring an All-State Volleyball Game in 1978 to provide girls a
showcase for talent. Each senior athlete is nominated by coaches in her league,
while coaches representing all the leagues make the final selection of 90. Players
are chosen based on talent, dedication, teamwork, and leadership.

Tomorrow’s the day! Swink Lions Cheer will compete in Lamar at 4:00 PM. Lamar Community Building. We’d love to see our community there supporting the team that shows up for you all year long! 💛📣 Thank you to the Cheer Team for the picture and information. #SwinkLions

Congratulations as well to our second math bowl team on their Honorable Mention placing at the CSUP Math Bowl. The team consisted of Madalyn, Sabrina, and Sydney. Way to go girls!

What an awesome day for our Math Bowl Team!?! Congratulations to the team of Grant, Jennifer, and Danner on winning the CSUP Math Bowl today. They competed against some tough teams to bring home the 1st place trophy.

Swink's Giving Tree is accepting Wal-Mart Gift Cards in any amount for this year's Giving Tree.
Please bring the gift cards to the school office by December 15. Thank you for your willingness to give.

Congrats to the Lady Lions on their 3rd place finish in the Colorado State Tournament. We are so proud of you!

The Lady Lions are moving on to the Final 4 at the state tournament. Tune in tomorrow at 2:00pm as they will take on the take on the winner of game R in the state tournament.
