Swink School District is beginning to embark on the strategic planning process. Strategic planning is a process that helps organizations define their goals and vision for the future. It involves assessing the current situation, developing a strategy, and putting the strategy into action to become more successful. We are seeking approximately 20 stakeholders to serve on the strategic plan task force. As a member of this task force, you will be requested to attend one of the following meeting dates: Tuesday, March 4, Thursday, March 6, or Tuesday, March 11. Meetings will be from 6:00pm-till approximately 7:30pm. If you are interested in serving on this task force or have questions, please email Mr. Lyder at larry.lyder@swink.k12.co.us with the date you are available. All members who are part of the task force will need to attend a second meeting on Thursday, March 27, starting at 6:00pm, as well.
