A huge shout-out and thank you to Emma, Jake, and Joey for building a new scorer's table for the new gym. The table is longer to accommodate more people, with many amenities. The district would also like to thank The Sign Shop for donating the decals and Morgan and Sons Glass for donating the tabletop glass. The district is extremely thankful to all the individuals and companies for their time and donations to make this new addition possible, as it complements the repainted gym perfectly. #SwinkLions #GoLions

Back to School Night is tonight. from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm.
It is a come-and-go. Bring your school supplies and meet your teachers.
Kindergarten Orientation is at 5:30 pm in your respective Kindergarten Classroom.
6th Grade Orientation is at 6:00 pm in the Conference Room.

Due to the resurfacing, repainting, and refinishing of the new gym floor, no fans/spectors will be allowed on the new floor at any time. You must walk along the front of the bleachers and stay off the playing surface of the court. There will be no gathering or playing on the court area, especially after the games. We want to protect this estimate so we have a great-looking floor for many years to come. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. #SwinkLions #GoLions

Come watch the CSU Volleyball Team starting at 5:00 pm, on Tuesday, August 11, with their very own Swink Graduate--Coach Emily (Hiza) Kohan! In addition to watching some awesome volleyball, you get to check out our newly resurfaced, repainted, and sealed Lions Gym Floor. The Swink Lions Booster Club will be serving limited concessions.

Swink School is sad to announce that due to the low number of high school boys going out for football, we will have to cancel the season. The players have the option to go to Cheraw, Rocky Ford, or La Junta depending on where they live. If you have questions, please reach out to Ms. Moreland.

Lions Life for the Week of August 3rd.
Registration is Tuesday from 9am-3pm and Wednesday from 3pm-7pm.

The Maintenance Crew will be repainting lines and curbs in both parking lots on Monday. Both lots will be closed and blocked off with cones at the drives. Please park on the street and walk in if you need to visit the school on Monday. Once the lots are dry and ready for traffic, the cones will be removed for access back into the parking lots. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

The new gym floor resurfacing and painting is coming along very nicely. We can't wait to share the final results with everyone in mid-August. #SwinkLions #GoLions
